Painless Maxillary Molar Anesthesia using the PSA Technique

Local anesthesia in irreversible pulpitis teeth in the maxilla requires the highest level of anethesia. This can be obtained both more efficiently as well as painlessly by administeration of the posterior superior alveolar nerve block (PSA) block.
