Nasseh Post Preparation Technique

Allen Ali Nasseh   uploaded 10 years ago

Given the synchronicity of the EndoSequence System with matching gutta percha to a given Master File’s shape, and given the fact that hydraulic condensation allows us to get away without using heated gutta percha techniques, a new post preparation technique become a conceptual possibility. Instead of obturating the whole canal and then removing the gutta percha, we can score the gutta percha at the desired working length and then cement and twist off the gutta percha, leaving the apical segment in place. This is almost similar to the old silver point technique exept that you now have a better matched obturation cone with the canal as well as s sealer that does not resorb.
