Invasive cervical root resorption is a rare phenomenon with a questionable be prognosis that is often associated with a history of trauma, orthodontic therapy, internal bleaching with hydrogen peroxide containing solutions, and sometimes idiopathic causes. This case demonstrates the repair of a perforative root resorption first with the EndoSequence Root Repair material, and later with a bonded composite.
