ESX Finishing with Ultrasonic Energy

Allen Ali Nasseh   uploaded 9 years ago

What do we do after we’re done with our instrumentation and irrigationt, we pack the case right? Well, in this video, Dr. Nasseh describes the benefits of using an ultrasonically activated file (preferrably a size 15 or 20) for 30 seconds in each canal to remove any cut debris that may have smeared into fins and fissures. It’s an efficient and safe way of removing the smear layer.
Dr. Nasseh recommends the use of Brasseler’s tips E11 and E12 file holders using sizes 15 and 20 u-bladed files to the full working length.
